Each session is typically 50 minutes long and is focused on targeted skill development, education, and problem-solving barriers to success.
How
We will work together to identify your long-term goals and establish short-term objectives at every session, helping you achieve your larger goals.
Where
We are primarily a teletherapy-based practice, with video or phone appointments. We use an easy-to-use HIPAA compliant platform.
Cost
Currently, we are a private-pay only practice. This gives us the flexibility and freedom to create a treatment plan that is not limited by insurance companies' restrictions on covered diagnoses and treatment options.
